DAIRNet are offering a travel scholarship to facilitate Early and Mid-Career Researchers (EMCRs) in forging new collaborations, advancing interdisciplinary research, and new research translation within the Defence and Artificial Intelligence sectors.
- up to $2,500 for travel-related expenses for networking, project development and interdisciplinary knowledge exchange
- must be an Australian Citizen with, or eligible to obtain, security clearance
- up to 10 years since conferring of degree
- must be employed by an Australian university signed up to the Defence Science Partnership (DSP)
- travel destination must be a DSP Australian university of an Australian government research agency
- proposed reseach and collaboration must align with DAIRNet’s goals of advancing research in Defence, National Security or AI
