DARPA is seeking submissions of innovative basic or applied research concepts in the technical domain of loss-resilient generation, detection and information encoding of quantum correlated states of light.

Successful proposals will need to demonstrate loss-resilient generation, detection and information-encoding of at least 10 to the power of 6 correlated or multi-photon states per second.

This is a two phase program:

Phase 1 – Base- Feasibility Study – up to 12 months; up to USD$350,000

Phase 2 – Option 0 Proof of Concept – up to 12 months; up to USD$650,000

Proposals are due 21 March 2024.
