DARPA is soliciting submissions of innovative concepts in the technical domain of next-generation antennas.
This opportunity is issued as part of the Bringing Classified Innovation to Defense and Government Systems (BRIDGES) Research Solicitation.
DARPA is interested in developing new, innovative methods and technologies to find difficult, elusive targets of interest. Finding, tracking, and engaging targets requires the ability to detect, track, and maintain that track across different sensors residing in various domains (eg air, land, space).
DARPA is seeking innovators capable of providing new and disruptive ideas concerning antenna design, materials, manufacturing, or processing that can offer significantly increased performance and/or substantial reduction in size,
weight, power, and cost (SWaP-C) compared to the current state of the art. Applications across all phenomenology and all physical domains will be considered, with priority given to technology capable of operating in the air and space domain.
