IARPA is introducing the IARPA Solutions Marketplace for connecting innovative companies, researchers and technology providers with government organizations through a streamlined pathway for identifying, assessing and acquiring emerging technologies.
Five-minute video submissions will be accepted on an ongoing basis from 1 August 2026, with assessments happening monthly until 31 July 2027.
Submissions are initially being sought for new, novel and/or previously prototyped solutions in the following Focus Areas:
- Secure Communications – solutions that use broadly available infrastructure, commercial devices and/or applications to improve the security of communications between groups and individuals.
- Cyber and Artificial Intelligence Security – solutions addressing challenges at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
- Automating the Business of Research and Development– solutions addressing administrative and operational bottleneck commonly associated with Federal R&D, specifically targeting the acceleration of R&D programs by streamlining and automating components other than the research itself.
- Biometric Recognition and Multimodal Privacy Preservation – solutions addressing the ability to reliably recognise individuals in unconstrained, multimodal data (imagery, video, text, audio etc) while simultaneously deploying robust privacy-enhancing technologies to mask, anonymise and protect identities across those same modalities.
