The US Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences is seeking white paper proposals regarding the development of a criterion measure of individual-level creative performance with technology for future assignment and classification validation efforts. The introduction of new technologies is creating the need to develop a Force that is technologically fluent, or able to creatively use, adapt and synthesise new technologies to enhance performance. The measurement of creative performance behaviors will be critical to demonstrating the utility of classification and assignment efforts based on technological fluency assessments.
Up to USD$320,000 is available for projects of up to 12 months.
White papers are due 26 September 2024.
This request for white papers is issued under Topic 2 (Assessing and Developing Technological Fluency for the Future Force) of the Broad Agency Announcement for Basic Applied and Advanced Scientific Research.
