The Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs Office of Regional and Security Policy at the US Department of State is seeking proposals to produce a rolling—over three years— landscape analysis, geographical map, intervention plan for each project, and risk assessment which will support dual presidential Quad and Pacific Islands deliverables to provide actionable information on opportunities pertaining to existing and planned infrastructure projects in the Indo-Pacific.
This program will support infrastructure investment and risk mitigation for the Indo-Pacific region by providing regional partners with a competitive edge to identify key projects and implement risk-mitigation or technical assistance.
Up to USD$740,650 over 3 years is available.
Proposals are due 17 July 2023.
