Submissions are open for the 2027 Avalon International Airshow Innovation PitchFest and Awards, closing 1 October 2026.
The Awards recognise innovative new products, services, production or manufacturing processes, or approaches to business across four categories:
Avalon 2027 Innovation Award – $30,000 – Typically at TRL 7 – 9.
Avalon 2027 Emerging Technology Award – $30,000 – Typically at TRL 5 – 6.
Avalon 2027 Young Innovator Award– $30,000 – engineers, researchers or scientists that are emerging leaders (under 30 years of age).
Avalon 2027 Blue Sky Thinking Award – $10,000 – Typically at TRL 0 – 3.
