The Centre for Advanced Defence Research and Enterprise (CADRE-OCE) and the University of Melbourne are hosting a webinar 26 September 2024 featuring panelists A/Prof Tony Hooker (Uni Adelaide), Tegan Bull (ANSTO), Nikki Keighran (ANSTO), Stephen Alexander (ARPANSA).
The panel will share expertise and capability from their respective organisations and how they may contribute to operating in (OCE) chemical biological radiological and nuclear (CBRN) environments and Radiation Emergency Preparedness and Response (Radiation EPR) for Australia.
Topics include Radiation emergency preparedness, nuclear forensic science and support to government agencies, research, education and innovation. Key discussion points will reflect future radiation research and development and workforce requirements in order to operate in radiation contaminated environments.
