An interim update has been issued for the Defence Gifts and Benefits (including Hospitality) Receiving Policy.
Under the new policy, Defence officials must not accept gifts, benefits or hospitality from commercial entities where it gives rise to an actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest.
This includes gifts, benefits or hospitality from entities tendering or intending to tender for Defence work and entities already in contract or in the supply chain with Defence.
