DARPA – Request for Information – Quantum Computation and Sensing Using Biology

twitterlinkedin

DARPA is seeking information regarding the potential application of quantum biology to achieve breakthroughs in quantum computation and sensing.

Specifically, this RFI seeks to understand possible approaches to

  1. create quantum bits based on biological quantum effects that operate at ambient conditions, scale, scale and maintain and control measurable quantum properties long enough to perform operations (gates)
  2. create electromagnetic field (ENF) sensors based on non-trivial biological quantum effects with disruptive capabilities at ambient conditions.

Responses to this RFI are due 20 November 2024 by email to DARPA-SN-24-103@darpa.mil.
