Defence is seeking organisations to provide training partner services in Defence Test and Evaluation (T&E) under a standing offer arrangement.
The successful organisation will training and related support services regarding the testing and evaluation of Defence capabilities.
T&E is a critical function in the development and ongoing management of Defence Capability. Conducted across all stages of the Defence capability lifecycle, T&E provides assurance that capabilities are safe and operationally viable through the generation and review of objective evidence and quantification of risk.
Services to be provided under any resulting contractual arrangements include:
Service 1: Management and delivery of instructor-led foundational T&E courses
Service 2: Management of online eLearning familiarisation T&E courses
Service 3: Development of new T&E training offerings to meet Defence needs
Service 4: Sourcing and coordination T&E specialist courses from external parties
Service 5: Other T&E training related services.
For all services, the partner may be required to design, develop, modify, maintain, deliver, manage, coordinate, evaluate and assess the courses including all courseware and training material.
