Peter Tesch and Graeme Samuel are leading the independent review into the Defence Trace Controls Act 2012 which regulates the supply, publication and brokering of military and dual-use goods, software and technology as specified in the Defence and Strategic Goods List.
Public submissions to the review will close 29 October 2023.
