Science and Technology Australia‘s Superstars of STEM is a 2-year program providing advanced communications training and support to build a public profile for women and non-binary people in STEM.
Participation in the program requires a time commitment equivalent to approximately 2 days per month over the two years.
Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or NZ Special Category Visa holders and
- Hold a PhD or higher; or
- Have more than 10 years of experience working in STEM; or
- Have an undergraduate STEM degree and at least 4 years’ experience working in information technology, engineering, mathematics, agricultural science, environmental science or geological sciences; or
- Are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person with an undergraduate STEM degree and at least 4 years’ STEM industry experience (this work experience can have been done concurrently with your studies).
