US Dept of Defense – Foreign Entities of Concern

The US Department of Defense has recently published a list of non-US entities that it considers to have engaged in activities that increase the likelihood that Department Defense-funded R&D could be misappropriated.

Universities, research organisations and industry are encouraged by the Department of Defense to exercise caution when engaging with listed entitites.
