The Treaties Committee of Australian Parliament is currently undertaking an inquiry into the recently signed Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the United States of America on Technology Safeguards Associated with United States Participation in Space Launches from Australia (known as the TSA).

The TSA will allow US space technology to be launched from Australian sites.

Interested parties are invited to make a submission to the Committee inquiry here, by 19 March 2024.

The Australian Space Agency has a good overview of the TSA here.
