The US Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking white papers for potential future international dialogues, analytical studies and other research projects which support the DTRA mission to deter strategic attack against the US and its allies; prevent, reduce and counter weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and emerging threats; and prevail against WMD-armed adversaries in crisis and conflict.
Australian, Japanese, NATO Member and Republic of Korea organisations and citizens can participate in this BAA as subcontractors/partners to US-based organisations.
White papers will be accepted and assessed on a rolling basis until 1 August 2029.
Successful white papers will be invited to submit a full proposal for funding consideration.
