DASA is seeking proposals for funding industry owned and led product development programs specifically for incorporating, utilising and adopting the PYRAMID Reference Architecture in avionics and mission systems in said programs and sharing learnings.
The funding is to encourage industry adoption of the PYRAMID Reference Architecture rather than cover development costs for new systems of modification of existing systems. As such, the deliverables will be reports detailing the journey in adoption and demonstrating compliance rather than systems or subsystems.
£4 million is expected to be distributed across multiple projects of up to 22 months duration.
Expressions of Interest can be submitted by 16 December to help determine relevance. Applications close 14 January 2025.
